On Jan. 15 we celebrated Ethan's 3rd birthday. I invited a few friends with kids around the same age as Ethan to come and celebrate with us. Ethan had the time of his life! He was SO excited that I was making jello cake with cool whip and sprinkles for his birthday, he talked about it for days in advanced only to take ONE bite and realize.... he doesn't like cool whip:-( But he did love the cake itself.
