Flower power, and Soccer Day

 We are trying to enjoy all the blooming that goes on around here, so the girls got all pretty for some pictures in front of the beautiful bush. Apparently that is what it is really called.   These girls are either playing for hours together or fighting over the silliest things. I hear this is normal, but I'm hoping as they get older they can learn to work things out themselves, and the fights become fewer and further between.

 The looks of love that Clara give her big sister are adorable. 

 Ethan and Abby are playing soccer this year. They both play on the same night, at the same time, usually way across the park from each other. I've been very thankful for family to help me get these kids to their games, when Rick is away for work.
Ethan is enjoying every second of it! The first game he scored 5 goals, so last game we gave him the goal of being sure he passed the ball to another player to help them score.
It was fun to watch him helping his team, and I think he liked to see his team mates score knowing he helped them.
Abby is working on paying attention to the game:-) Its cute how many waves I get as the ball goes by her, and how often she smiles and backs away so someone else can get the ball, she isn't very aggressive:-) She is very proud when she kicks the ball but then looks to us for smiles, and forgets she is in the middle of a game.

 Oh, can't forget to take Bear with us where ever we go, better buckle him nice and tight.
